terrible service absolutely appalling - our clutch went on car on B 7084 - we called the RAC who couldn't recover us and gave our details to MOTORWISE - these guys came out and eventually recovered us - took our car to garage to do work on the clutch, the only work to be carried out as specified in all documentation after full roadside check - they then did work to our car without being asked or approved by us including changing a new tyre for an old one of theirs - never once contacted us and have lied repeatedly to RAC about times and pic-ups, supposed calls (again I have incoming and out going call logs to prove these guys never called) - I have time stamped photos with locations on also to prove their times about working was a complete lie - which they have quoted to RAC in a statement.

Then they gave us a courtesy car a Proton S72 JSW reg - (go look for yourself on DVLA) that had no tax or MOT on it - we had the car from 17-18th August - the MOT ran out on 15th August 2017 and the TAX ran out on 27th July 2017 - see screenshots from DVLA from today 10-10-17

In response to an emergency call out on 10/8/14, the mechanic who came, (sorry I never got his name), was absolutely amazing. He arrived quickly and in the middle of Hurricane Bertha (?) he carried out a very efficient flood damage repair to the undercarriage of my VW camper, enabling me and my friend to drive the 300 miles home to West Yorkshire via Irvine where we visited a friend who is ill. He really saved the day and did his job with great professionalism, skill and incredibly hard work. He had to work on the ground, under the van and was soaked to his skin and frozen yet he still had a smile on his face and gave advice before he left. This man deserves a medal and we cannot thank him enough.
